​ABOUT DARYLL NEITA

Daryll Neita is a triple Olympic medallist and a multiple World and European medallist, proudly representing Great Britain on the global stage. At the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, she achieved a career-best 4th-place finish in the 100m final, improving from her 8th-place result at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. She also secured a silver medal in the 4x100m relay, making it her 3rd Olympic medal further cementing her status as one of the world’s top sprinters.

Born and raised in South East London, Daryll now trains in Florida, where she is part of a world-class high-performance training group. The warm climate and elite coaching environment provide the ideal setup for her to continue excelling at the highest level.

As she looks ahead to the Tokyo 2025 World Championships in October, Daryll is focused on building momentum and achieving even greater success on the global stage.

​

Off the track, Daryll enjoys spending time with her Chihuahua, Melon, often taking him on walks and adventures. She is also passionate about fashion, collaborating with leading brands for photoshoots and attending events that showcase her style and creativity whilst attending London, New York, Milan Paris Fashion weeks in her off season and enjoys travelling with family and friends to new destinations.

Daryll is a brand ambassador for Adidas, Vow Nutrition, Randox Health, Meta, and other top brands, blending her athletic achievements with her love for lifestyle and fashion.

Committed to inspiring the next generation, Daryll founded the Daryll Neita Athletics Community (DNAC) in May 2024 and actively shares her life and journey through engaging content on her YouTube and social channels.

Team GB's Daryll Neita finished fourth in the women's 100-metre final on Saturday, falling just short of a medal in the showpiece event in Paris.

Neita recorded the fourth-fastest time (10.97 seconds) of all the semifinal heats to give herself a good lane position for the final, only to miss out on silverware behind St. Lucia's Julien Alfred and Team USA's Sha'carri Richardson and Melissa Jefferson..

Sprinter Daryll Neita has become the first British woman to join Michael Johnson's new athletics league.

Neita, 28, was part of the Great Britain 4x100m relay team that took silver at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Grand Slam Track, launched by American legend Johnson in June, will aim to bring together the world's elite runners, offering $100,000 (£78,683) as a top prize.
